1. Avoid getting caught off guard by last minute appointments
Have you ever started your work day thinking you were free of meetings until after lunch — only to find that two last minute TimeDriver appointments had been scheduled that morning? You can avoid getting caught off-guard by following the simple steps below:

  1. From the Activities and Appointment Availability screen, click on the [edit] button to the right of Appointment Availability

  2. Once you are in the calendar, click on the Advanced Availability Options link in the upper right corner of the page

  3. Select the "Don't let users book appts on the current day (last minute appts)"



    And, you can also control other options from here:
    • Specify an end date for all recurring availability time windows
    • Limit the number of weeks that your invitees can book appointments, from one week up to 52 weeks
    • Limit the number of available timeslots per day that TimeDriver presents to your invitees—don't overwhelm yourself or your invitees!

    In this example, the user has chosen to:

  4. After making your selection, just click the [x] in the upper right corner to close the dialog—TimeDriver automatically saves your selection!
