2. I didn't receive an email from TimeDriver. Where is it?

  1. Check your junkmail or spam folder.
  2. "Whitelist" us, or add us to your list of trusted senders:*
    1. Best: whitelist everything from @timedriver.com.
    2. If that's not possible, whitelist these specific addresses:
      accounts-no-reply@timedriver.com (for password assistance and email verification)
      no-reply@timedriver.com (for appointment confirmations and reminders)
      support@timedriver.com (for all support correspondence)
    * The Help for most email programs has an entry for “whitelist” or “white list” or “trusted”.
